God, you know Jim so well. You created Jim. You know the number of hairs on Jims head, and you even know the thoughts conceived in his heart before he ever vocalize them. You have told us to come to you and ask for every need of life. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and you have the final word on Jims destiny, the number of years he will live and serve you on earth. Philip and Amber are coming to you today as your children, longing to hear from you and asking for your divine healing for Jim. There is so much he does not understand about life. But he does know that with one touch, one word, you can make him whole. Please forgive him of his sins, cleanse him of his unrighteousness, and begin your healing from his inside out. Together we lift up Jim before you, and place the burden of Jim infirmity before you. it is not Your will that Jim should suffer. The Invincible Angels remember so well how you took on suffering for us all. Keep Jim now from losing hope as Jim faces once again, infirmity. Dear Lord, yes, you have been Jim's dwelling place throughout his life. You have been the place where he has always found rest for his soul, and all that he has needed for his physical life. Father in heaven, we pray that you would send your Holy Spirit to counsel and comfort Jim's heart and soul with that peace and joy that can only come from trusting completely in Jesus Christ as Savior. Lord, whatever your will may be at this time for Jim's life on earth or for his new life in heaven, you will always be his dwelling place. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. |

Please don't take Jim from us yet. We really want more time with him. Nevertheless not my will but yours be done. Please give us your peace which passes all understanding during this trying time. I claim your promise when you say where two or three are gathered there am I in the midst. Many people have gathered in prayer for Jim. Please hear our cry and intervene as only you can. Dear Lord Jesus, it is Jim's will to surrender to you everything that he is and everything that he is striving to be. He open the deepest recesses of his heart and invite your Holy Spirit to dwell inside of him. He offers you his life, heart, mind, body, soul, spirit, all his hopes, plans and dreams. Jim surrenders to you his past, present and future problems, habits, character defects, attitudes, livelihood, resources, finances, medical coverage, occupation and all his relationships. He gives you his health, physical appearance, disabilities, family, marriage, children and friendships. He ask you to take Lordship over every aspect of his life. He surrenders to you all his hurt, pain, worry, doubt, fear and anxiety, and he asks you to wash him clean. He releases everything into your compassionate care. Please speak to him clearly, Lord. Open his ears to hear your voice. Open his heart to commune with you more deeply. He wants to feel your loving embrace.
